Wow that is a lot of stuff and to start I thought I would be overwhelmed, but I wasn’t.  Yuri makes it so simple to get through the material, to do the cleanse and everything else is their to support your efforts and educate you as much as you would like about nutrition and cleansing.
One last point. This cleanse isn’t for everyone.  To be successful with this cleanse you have to actually do it and that means fully committing to eating certain foods and completely staying away from other foods.  If you aren’t willing to make a big change in your current diet to experience incredible benefits this isn’t for you.  I’ll be honest initially you will miss things like ice cream, coffee, sugar, etc….but that will pass and you can get to the point where you never crave them again.  So the choice is yours some short-term temporary discomfort for a new life filled with boundless energy, all the weight loss you desire, radiant young looking skin, vitality and so much more or keep doing what you are doing.
